SEVEN EIGHT TATTOO COVID-19 APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please read the following guidelines and changes for how we are running appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic

  • In order to avoid the use of high-touch surfaces as much as possible, we are now offering the option of an e-waiver to be signed within 24 hours of your appointment- no earlier, as it must be a valid reflection of whether or not you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 on the day of the appointment. If you were unable to sign on a computer, we will have a disinfected iPad with your waiver on it for you to sign digitally upon your arrival.

  •   Currently, masks are optional in our studio. However, approaching your appointment, you are welcome to request that masks are worn during your time in the studio. All artists and clients will comply.

  •   Upon entering the studio, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water. Additionally, your artist will show you where you can find hand sanitizer and explain how the studio is arranged to enable us to physically distance as much as possible.

  •    Clients must come alone to appointments. Unfortunately, at this time there can be NO EXCEPTIONS.

  •  As per provincial reopening guidelines, eating is not permitted in the studio. (We will make sure there is time for a break so you can grab a bite nearby).

  • We will be disinfecting our washroom regularly throughout the day.

  • We ask all clients and artists to practice physical distancing as much as possible

  • If you are unwell, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home! We will happily reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Thank you for your cooperation, understanding and support
